At the closest possible time, we are looking for a dedicated*n working student to support our IT team at our location in Karslruhe. You have the opportunity to gain practical experience in IT support and actively shape the daily business. The following tasks are waiting for you: You support the first-level support for our internal users and business applications.

You help with maintenance and Troubleshooting of standard hardware (e.g. laptops, monitors), software and basic network problems.

You set user accounts, configure devices and help track IT inventory.

More complex technical inquiries will be forwarded to experienced team members.

You learn how IT processes are documented, and help maintain internal instructions.

For system or software updates, you can participate – under instructions.

You accompany our IT specialists in their tasks and get insights into modern enterprise systems and support tools.

You are a student of (economic) informatics or a comparable degree course and are interested in the practical side of IT? Then you should also bring the following: First knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and ideally Active Directory, macOS or Linux

Interest in IT infrastructure, networks and support processes

Analytical thinking and a good eye for details

Very good German knowledge and good English skills

First experiences with ticketing systems or remote maintenance tools are a plus
