With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. The focus of our team lies in the software and functional development for the charging system, i.e. for the interface between the vehicle and the charging column. We focus on the specification, development, testing and securing of charging management in accordance with relevant standards such as ISO15118-2 or ISO15118-20. The final work aims to create test cases for various SW modules (software) in the area of charging communication using machine learning methods. A concept with the help of machine learning is to be developed to derive test cases from requirements. These include the following topics: Literature research for automated test case specification Development of concepts for the following cases with the aid of Machine Learning methods / NLP (Neurolinguistic programming): Automated production of test cases from requirements Reverse engineering from existing SW to requirements Creation of an algorithm for efficient pre-evaluation of measurement data Efficient support for SW development processes Validation and evaluation of one of these concepts using examples The final topics will be discussed with the university, you and us.
