The Central Institute for Mental Health stands for internationally outstanding research and groundbreaking treatment concepts in psychiatry and psychotherapy, child and youth psychiatry, psychosomatics and addiction medicine. The company development team will closely support the Management Board in the strategic management of the ZI and in the design and implementation of strategically important measures.

Conception and implementation of cross-project programmes, including in the field of digitalisation measures Target-oriented management (planning, control, control) of strategically relevant (large) projects and interdisciplinary project teams Support in focusing and transparent prioritization of new project ideas in the context of multi-project management Support for the implementation and sustainability of change processes Presentation of workshops with multidisciplinary groups

Successfully completed studies in the field of BWL, healthcare or information technology Basic knowledge of project management Multiannual experience in designing and implementing projects in an interdisciplinary environment Ideally, first knowledge of digitalisation projects in the hospital or the willingness to work quickly into this area Solution-oriented, analytical working in combination with a good self-organization, high sense of responsibility and implementation strength Independent and structured working in a complex environment High motivation as well as efficient and concentrated operation even under high workload Ability to clearly represent points of view and to enforce them in a targeted manner even with resistances
