Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for our quality management and integrated management system (IMS) of the two producing companies of our group at global level. The aim of your activity is to achieve or exceed defined standards in a sustainable manner and thereby make a significant contribution to the performance, legal certainty and competitiveness of our company. Strategic development, introduction and control of an integrated management system (IMS) including Process landscape, court-proof organisation and group-wide standards Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legal requirements and internal quality standards Planning, implementation and monitoring of in- and external audits, certifications and management reviews including Risk assessments Further development of our quality assurance along the entire value chain incl. Advertising management and supplier qualification Takeover of a central role in a company-wide digital transformation and introduction of a new ERP system Management, control and continuous optimization of the responsibility area related to Quality, delivery reliability, efficiency and costs Initiating and implementing optimization and transformation projects as well as introducing new processes and technologies Advising our departments in quality issues, especially in the product development process Active participation in investment decisions and the further development of technological and organisational frameworks Professional and disciplinary leadership, development and operational planning of our employees in the area of responsibility

Completed studies in the technical, scientific or economic engineering field or comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in quality management, production or operation of a manufacturing company, with background in industrial research, consulting or in the technology environment with implementation responsibility Funded knowledge of modern management systems and relevant standards (e.g. DIN ISO 9001, ideally supplemented with further standards) as well as experience in and pleasure in their practical implementation and further development in the organization Experience in the practical implementation of process optimization, operational excellence, auditing and the design of powerful organizational and production structures Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Strategic thinking, strong communication and leadership skills as well as hands-on mentality with pleasure in advancing and sustaining issues independently
