Planning and implementation of competence-oriented WBS (economic, working environment, career/studie orientation)

Design of adaptive, differentiated learning processes (performance and interest-oriented)

Practical formats: projects, application competencies, consumer/financial education, career paths (depending on school concept)

Complete preparation for middle school and/or school

Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team and active participation in school development

Education Sek I/II and 2. State exams (or comparable qualification)

Very good German and good English skills

Educational interest in modern didactics, digitalization and contemporary learning settings

Team spirit, sense of responsibility and joy in esteeming young people and clearly in their development
