HSSE-Manager – Health, Safety, Security & Environment (m/f/d)

Advising executives and departments in all questions about Health, Safety, Security & Environment Management (HSSE) Support of sites in achieving their HSSE targets and analysis and monitoring of relevant key figures Training and awareness-raising activities for managers and employees Further development and maintenance of the HSSE management system taking into account legal, normative and operational requirements Planning, coordination and monitoring of regulatory approval and display procedures Consultation in the planning of new work processes, the further development of the terminal layout, as well as the procurement of new machines and plants taking into account proven technology, operational performance and highest safety standards Control and monitoring of accident investigations and deriving appropriate prevention and improvement measures Implementation of internal audits, safety walks and effectiveness controls Further development of cross-site HSSE projects, standards and processes Creation of risk and hazard analyses and support in implementing appropriate measures Close cooperation with authorities, supervisory bodies and internal and external stakeholders for future-oriented terminal development Support for the harmonisation of HSSE processes, documentation and reporting within the EUROGATE Group Participation in the introduction of digital solutions and software-based HSSE processes

Complete studies in engineering, safety management, environmental management or a comparable field Continuing training on safety at work and on: to protect the vaccination / accident Ideally additional qualifications as water protection officer:r, fire protection officer:r or auditor:in for ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 45001 Multiannual professional experience in the HSSE environment of an industrial, technical or infrastructural company Good knowledge of occupational safety, machine safety, environmental management, risk assessment and auditing Experience in the fields of automation, robotics, autonomous systems or in a comparable technical environment Safe handling of authorities, licensing bodies and supervisory bodies Experience with and interest in working in interdisciplinary project teams Affinity for digital solutions, data analyses and software-based management systems Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Class B driving licence as well as readiness to cross-site service trips to a moderate extent Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
