Operation and monitoring of CNC machines Cutting blanks, selection and start of processing programs Processing of work orders Set-up processes (tools, cut-up of blanks, selection and start of processing programs etc.) More operation of machines Production of sample parts Adjustment and correction of adjustment data and cut values Testing of manufactured parts according to the test instruction Self-deposited disorder elimination (e.g. plant shutdowns and disturbance of the material supply) Maintenance activities including documentation Documentation of the measured values as well as the committee and, if necessary, rework

Senior Consultant (m/w/D), CNC Technology (m/w/d) As an alternative to several years of professional experience as a machine operator and inverter Experience in handling measuring machines and/or hand measuring devices Willingness to work in the 3-shift system or in role week Driving licence and car needed to reach the work site
