Budget management: creation of budget planning as well as continuous cost tracking and auditing of supplements

scheduling: development and monitoring of frame schedules and detailed schedules for the execution phases

Quality assurance: Monitoring the contractually agreed performance qualities on site and coordination of acceptances

Call for proposals: Participation in the creation of lists of services and contract negotiations with subcontractors

Project controlling: Regular status reports to management regarding milestones and risks

Process development: Establishing and further developing the processes for building project management from preplanning to billing

Interface Management: Coordination between internal specialist departments, OBI franchise partners and external stakeholders

Education: Completed studies in civil engineering, civil management, architecture, economic engineering or comparable technical qualification

Experience: Multiannual professional practice in project management or construction management, ideally in commercial or commercial real estate

Expertise: Safe handling of HOAI, VOB and relevant standards

IT competence: Funded application of project management software such as MS Project and AVA programs

Analyseability: Secure use of Google Workspace or MS Excel for complex cost analysis

Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (min. B2) for secure communication in our international environment
