Administrative management and support for digital healthcare projects Support of management in coordination, construction and commercial project management Own management of funding including call-ups, payment plans and project budgets Organisation and creation of usage and interim evidence and further reporting obligations Coordination with project partners, donors, auditors and ministries

Completed commercial or administrative training or Bachelor (e.g. BWL, Public Management, Health Management) Experience in the management of public funding, ideally in the field of health or research Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel); Knowledge of DATEV, SAP, etc. Centences of relevant regulations (ANBest-P, BHO, promotion and award guidelines) Structured, independent and responsible operation

Working on a lighthouse project of digital healthcare in Germany Varied activity at the interface between health, administration and innovation Flexible working hours and mobile work Possibility of further professional development (e.g. further training in funding management) Remuneration based on TV-L, depending on qualifications and experience up to EC 12
