Your tasks - shape the future together: In the Curio we are driving forward the innovative power of the Würth Group and networking internal development areas, subsidiaries and research partners. As a project manager for research cooperation, you actively shape the future of fastening technology and research & development. You bring the right people together, manage complex projects and create cooperations that enable new product innovations. You take over the project management or cooperation in research and development projects: both in cross-departmental cooperation with Würth subsidiary companies and in projects within AW KG. clarification of approval requirements, planning of necessary tests and selection and control of suitable project partners. By analyzing technical data and test results, you make sound and project-critical decisions, with correspondingly high professional responsibility. You actively shape the Innovation Roadmap, bring different decision-makers together and the same development agents of the daughters at a strategic level. You continue to build intercompany collaborations in research and product development and promote common topics. In addition, you create meaningful reporting for management and edit cooperation applications and contracts.

Your profile - grow together: You have completed technical studies, ideally in civil engineering, as an alternative to mechanical engineering, materials mechanics or industrial engineering. You bring several years of experience in technical project management as well as in fastening or dowel technology - ideally in the research or development environment. You have a well-founded knowledge of relevant test and approval regulations and can safely evaluate complex data and test results. Analytical thinking, structured working methods and high decision-making skills are the key. As a communicator and networker, you will be happy to work with different internal and external stakeholders and bring forward projects specifically. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are of course for you. Occasional travel activities to other Würth locations are easily possible for you.
