You strengthen the team of building management at the Hünfeld site and ensure that the HZD properties are managed efficiently and sustainably through your cooperation. With your work, you contribute to the HZD continuing to remain a powerful and reliable part of the state administration of Hessen.

You have a completed relevant higher education of business management, real estate management or a comparable degree course or you have equivalent relevant skills and experience. You have several years of experience in real estate management and building management. You have knowledge of administrative processes. You have organizational knowledge. You bring good knowledge of popular MS Office applications. Cooperation, holistic thinking and self-responsibility complete your profile.
