Senior fitter electrical engineering / workshop and site management (m/f/d)

Guided tour: instructions, classification and support of the technicians on construction sites and in the workshop. Construction site organisation: Planning, coordination and monitoring of work processes, appointments, resources and assembly progress on site. Workshop coordination: organisation and prioritization of workshop orders, control cabinet construction, preassembly and internal electrotechnical work. Technical implementation: Ensuring professional installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of electrical components, assemblies and installations. Coordination and communication: Contact for project managers Material and operational planning: determination of material, tool and personnel requirements as well as timely coordination of orders and operations. Quality, safety and documentation: control of work results, compliance with work safety and quality requirements as well as maintenance of test, assembly and construction site documentation.

Qualification: Complete training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronic, industrial electrician, mechatronic or comparable qualification. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in electrotechnical assembly, in machine or plant construction, in control cabinet construction or in construction site processing. Leadership experience: experience in the technical guidance of technicians, in the coordination of teams or in a comparable responsible function. Organisational capacity: Secure planning, prioritization and taxes of construction sites and workshop operations with regard to appointments, quality and cost-effectiveness. Expertise: Good knowledge of electrical engineering, wiring, control cabinet construction, sensor technology, actuator technology, drive technology and ideally pneumatic and control technology. Working methods: Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods with sense of responsibility, enforcing capacity and quality standards. Communication: Secure appearance, clear communication and team-oriented behavior towards employees, internal specialist areas, customers and foreign trade unions. Ready to travel: ready to use construction sites, assembly and commissioning in Germany and abroad. language skills: good knowledge of German in word and writing; solid knowledge of English Driving licence: Class B licence required.
