As an all-rounder in commercial real estate sales, you take over the advice of customers, interested parties and clients with a focus on rental and in addition in the investment area Own-sponsored support of rental processes from the acquisition to the conclusion of the contract Preparation and implementation of visits, presentations and contract and negotiation talks Working with the support of complex investment and transaction processes by our team Creation and preparation of meaningful marketing documents and exhibits for objects of different asset classes Creation of market and location analyses Active observation of the local market and relevant developments Building new customer relationships and maintaining existing networks Representation of our company at trade fairs and industry events

Completed training as a real estate businessman or study with (immobility) economic orientation Ideally professional experience in commercial real estate sales Professional and independent working with strong team skills Safe occurrence and communication and negotiation skills Strength in the Acquisition and the Building of Long-Term Customer Relations Secure handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Class B driving licence Good knowledge of English
