You are responsible for the business development for our existing and future Auto ID and Track+Trace solutions with a focus on RFID systems, 1D / 2D code identification and project-specific software integrations for the shopfloor You analyse market and customer requirements and identify new fields of application and business potential You develop new business models and customer-specific solutions and drive their successful market positioning You act as a central point of intersection between customers, sales, product management and development You translate customer requirements into technical and economic requirements for new products and solutions You support product and solution developments from market and customer perspective and support their successful market launch You present solutions to customers and create workshops with different stakeholders You work closely with customers and distributors in an international environment.

You have successfully completed their studies in the field of industrial engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, infor­mation, mechanical engineering or comparable quality. You bring several years of experience in business development, product management, technological sales and solution consulting with You have experience in the industrial environment, ideally in the areas of automation, identification technologies or intralogistics You possess a well-founded understanding of RFID, Auto ID, Track+Trace and Identification Systems and knowledge of industrial communication and automation technologies You have experience in software integration, IT/OT interfaces and data-based customer solutions You are able to transfer customer requirements to marketable technological and economic solutions You are convinced by consumer thinking, high customer orientation as well as independent, proactive and structured working methods You will be able to meet customers' presentations and workshops and successfully bring together different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English
