To support our team in the Maintenance/Building department, we are looking for one or more

• Automatic implementation of installation, maintenance and repair work on our heating and sanitary facilities

• Professional handling of pipeline systems as well as pneumatic and hydraulic components in building technology

• Monitoring and optimization of heating systems in our office and production buildings

• General building work in the field of water, waste water, ventilation and, if necessary, smaller electrical work (e.g. during coordination)

• Implementation of repair and maintenance measures on buildings, infrastructure and open spaces

• Implementation of modernizations, extensions and new and new buildings

• Support for external service providers on the premises

• Other craft activities in the daily working environment

• Completed vocational training as an investment mechanic (m/w/d) SHK, gas/water installer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification

• Safe handling of pipe systems and good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
