Support and further development of several IT applications in Facility Management (CAFM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Risk and Quality Management Contact persons for users, key users and specialist areas for questions about functionalities, disturbances and further developments Adjustment and configuration of the applications according to the customer's technical requirements, if necessary in cooperation with external service providers Analysis and correction of errors in operating IT operations Monitoring and further development of data streams and interfaces to ensure high data quality Implementation of system-customizing measures in the system User and permission administration Preparation and implementation of training as well as preparation and maintenance of documentation

Successfully completed studies of the business economy, business informatics, computer science or a comparable discipline; alternative a comparable training with corresponding professional experience At least five years of professional experience in supporting IT applications Experience in application management and operational IT operations Knowledge of user and authorization management Experience in handling interfaces, data flows and error analyses Ideally knowledge of RIB iTWO FM, PROLIN, EvaSys or comparable solutions Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed service and customer orientation High communication and team capability Ready to work into new systems and processes
