Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

Support Recruiting: You support our recruiting team throughout the application process and get comprehensive insights into modern recruiting structures. Projects: You actively participate in recruiting projects – for example when implementing an applicant management system. Applicant management: You write job advertisements, test applications and work with our applicant management system. Coordinate interviews: You organize and coordinate interviews with applicants and specialist departments. analyse key figures: You support the creation and maintenance of statistics as well as evaluations on recruiting KPIs. Strengthen Employer Branding: You work on the development of employer branding measures and accompany campaigns in recruiting marketing.

Studies: Continuous economic studies or a comparable degree, such as health management, human resources management or psychology. First experience: Practical experience in recruiting or human resources is desirable, but not a prerequisite. Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Communication: Joy in recruiting and communication with applicants and specialist areas. Working methods: Structured, independent working methods and the ability to think in and ahead.
