Design the HR IT of the future with us – with Workday in the center. For our Workday Admin team, we are looking for a dedicated personality that actively develops our HR IT landscape and takes a key role in the care and optimization of Workday.

Evolve Workday & Optimize Processes: You drive forward the further development of our workday functionality. Configuration, testing and documentation of new and existing HR processes including interfaces are your responsibility. Technical & technical module responsibility: You assume the technical and technical responsibility for our Workday HR modules, the maintenance of existing ones and the implementation of new interfaces to adjacent systems (e.g. Payroll, Entra ID / Active Directory, other IT databases) Product Ownership & Innovation: As Product Owner (m/w/d), you have current workday developments and releases in mind and initiate practical optimizations for our HR system landscape. You have very good knowledge of Workday Security, Reporting and Calculated Fields Workday certification is a plus, but no need You bring very good English knowledge with You have a strong communication strength, high service and customer orientation as well as the pleasure of working with technical and professional stakeholders
