BUWOG Bauträger GmbH creates new living space and attractive quarters with successful new construction of high-quality condominiums and rental apartments. With a project pipeline of around 55,000 apartments all over Germany, we are on a growth course and one of the leading German-wide development companies for residential properties. BUWOG follows a dedicated sustainability agenda and will build at least 20 percent of the new apartments with the building material wood. Your dream job looks like this:

• You take over the management and control of construction projects and ensure that targets, dates and budgets are met. In addition, you ensure high quality and successful implementation of the projects
• The technical responsibility for demanding housing projects in all phases - from planning to completion - lies in your area of work
• They coordinate and communicate with all relevant stakeholders, such as authorities, architects:inside, technical engineers:inside, executive companies and general contractors:in order to ensure a smooth running
• They work closely with the Project Development, Marketing, Sales, Project Controlling and Law departments to successfully implement the projects and optimize processes
• You support the implementation of tenders and the award of contracts by selecting suitable partners:inside and providing for fair and efficient award
• You keep in mind the dates, quality standards and budget, control the progress of the project and analyze deviations in order to take countermeasures in time and minimize risks
• Ensuring regular reporting towards management, controlling and other departments is your responsibility

With these properties, you will inspire us:

• You have successfully completed a Diploma or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• You have several years of experience in project planning or control from residential properties to implementation
• You are well familiar with the latest technical developments in the construction industry
• You have experience in managing and negotiating with external service providers:inside and know how to build successful partnerships
• Your communication strength, enforcing ability as well as your analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Safe handling of MS Office and MS Project; ideally also experience in handling SAP
