Construction Manager (m/w/d) Pipe and Civil Engineering

GASCADE is one of the largest operators of gas pipelines in Germany with a 3,700 kilometres long pipeline network. We are looking for a dedicated building manager (m/w/d) in the pipe and civil engineering sector with permanent outward activity at the next possible time for the “Montage” department.

You expertly assess the construction and assembly work in pipeline and station projects and ensure their quality. You guide, coordinate and monitor the construction and assembly companies in order to ensure a smooth project sequence. You agree with authorities, associations, owners and arsons to comply with permits and requirements. You process tasks for a functional, time- and cost-oriented execution in close cooperation with planning, construction and assembly companies. You coordinate the operating structures such as deep and piping construction and the interfaces between the parties involved. You develop the GASCADE engineer's manual, take performances, check measurements and monitor compliance with all relevant internal and external requirements.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering or civil engineering or a further education as a master / technician (m/w/d) in the field of construction, mechanical engineering or piping technology. You ideally bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of activity mentioned. You are flexible and mobile and ready to be used throughout the GASCADE network. You have solid computer basic knowledge (MS Office, Outlook). You work in a team-oriented and communication-intensive manner, act independently and securely in the handling of authorities, companies, suppliers and customers. Very good knowledge of German is required, good knowledge of English desirable Your class B licence allows you to travel throughout Germany.
