System Architect

Development and communication of the architecture vision for data, analytics and AI solutions in our Agile Release Train (ART) Design of strategic target architecture for data products, data platforms and analytical applications Technological advice on the further development of our Cloud Data Platform Definition of Architecture Guidelines, Standards and Guardrails Coaching and support of the teams in architectural decisions and technical solutions in daily development Identification and prioritization of technical enablers and technical debt Accompanying the planning of Program Increments and strategic initiatives Ensuring scalability, security, performance and viability of our solutions as well as further development of security standards together with the teams Observing technology trends and evaluating and testing new technologies for strategic use in ART Close cooperation with Enterprise Architects and System Architects of other ARTs to harmonize architecture standards and solutions Close cooperation with Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and development teams as well as the content organization of engineering and architecture communities Promoting modern development approaches using AI-based engineering tools

Multiannual experience as Solution Architect, Lead Architect or Enterprise Architect Knowledge of modern cloud architectures on Azure and/or AWS Experience with: Snowflake, dbt, Cloud Platforms (AWS and Azure preferred), Data Warehousing, Data Mesh / Data Products, API and Integration Architectures, AI-based software development and engineering processes, metadata and data catalogs and semantic description of data Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks (SAFe or comparable) Knowledge of architecture frameworks and techniques, such as TOGAF, arc42, C4 Strategic thinking and systematic analysis of complex relationships High communication and moderation capability Embossed Ownership mentality German language skills and English (at least C1 desirable) No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
