• Development of central sales requests to the future ERP system of sales companies with IT and Sales experts in a cross-functional and international team
• Moderation and harmonisation of different business requirements
• Definition and documentation of future sales processes
• Management of process scope and amendments
• Provision of business/functional input for functional and technical specifications
• Support of Business Process Owner in the planning and management of stream-deliverables such as Business Process Flows (BPMN) and Change Impact Assessments
• Close coordination of requirements and processes with related systems and projects (configurators, CRM system and a central master data hub)

Bringing strengths: your qualifications

• Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in indoor services/contracting
• Experience in the application of CRM and ERP systems
• Full understanding of tasks, roles and processes within the areas of sales and order processing
• High customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies and for process design
• Good project management skills
• Hands-on mentality and readiness for detailed work
• High moderation capabilities and communication and enforcement strength
• IT knowledge of advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage
• International readiness (approx. 10%)
