In our Mother/Vater-Kind facility (family house), mothers/fathers, who are not able to live in their own housing due to their previous living conditions, are cared for around the clock together with their children. The tasks of the pedagogical professionals include: Educational support and support of the supervised families in the management of their daily structure and the development of new perspectives, taking into account child welfare Creation of security and orientation in crisis situations, initiation of constructive conflict resolution processes Strengthening mother/father-child education and resource-oriented promotion of educational skills Developing a stable social network, involving relatives in the help process Professional exchange in the help system, communication with third parties (authorities, institutions, kitas, doctors, therapists etc.) Creating History Documentations and Reports
