• implementation of psychodynamic groups and individual therapies and crisis interventions
• Weekly groups' and single-supervisions in a learning-oriented, value-adding framework
• Participation in trauma-focused therapy offering with qualified support
• Integration into the service system (compensation according to stage III)
• Regular team meetings and collegial exchange in the multi-professional team

• Approbation as a doctor (w/m/d)
• Interest in psychotherapeutic work and personal development
• Pleasure of teamwork at eye level and active participation
• Openness to ask questions and find answers together

• EUR 13,000 for your professional training including the corresponding exemption
• Structured, reliable supervision - professionally based and humanly oriented
