Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer (m/f/d)

Methodical coaching of the project employees in the roles Product Owner and cross-functional developer (like e.g. Software Developer, Business Designer, UX Designer) Presentation of agile values and principles in projects Design and responsibility of agile processes in and outside the team Development of valuable solutions in the team according to the strategic roadmap of our customers Coordination and moderation of meetings (e.g. Dailys, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) Identification and elimination of obstacles, conflicts and risks Consulting our customers with strategic, technical and methodological challenges Varied projects in Germany's leading financial institutions

At least three years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer accompanied by agile change processes in software development Expertise in the methodology of complex IT projects Knowledge of Scrum and methods such as Kanban or SAFe Remarkable: Project methodology, Scrum Master and/or SAFe/Nexus certification as well as background in software development Ideally experience in the financial sector Complete university studies in computer science, economic informatics, economic engineering or comparable Very good German (min. C1 level) and good English skills
