Your tasks: Engaged distribution in the aspect of cooperative and demand-oriented consultation Consulting and support of customers via various communication channels (telephone, video, chat) Acquisition of new customers under yield and risk points Active cooperation in the continuous improvement process Analysis of individual customer needs and development of tailor-made solutions

Requested knowledge: You have completed bank training You are successful through a high degree of sales orientation with pronounced customer focus and self-initiative Integration and cooperation with specialists from other consulting areas You communicate safely and legally, create a good conversation atmosphere and convince your customers Safe handling of common IT systems and bank-specific software
