In addition to your enthusiasm for bicycles and your distinctive technical know-how, do you also bring joy in contact with people? As a two-wheeled mechatronic for our bicycle workshop, you work in our in-house service workshop. You will not only take care of the construction of test and fair wheels, but also take responsibility for the wheels from the Family & Friends program. This means you carry out inspections, maintenance and repairs independently.

Independent error analysis and diagnosis as well as the subsequent error correction on our e-bikes and e-Cargo bikes Planning and execution of inspections and repairs from the Family & Friends program Processing of technically demanding repair and complaint cases of our specialist trade Technical support of the e-bike vehicle pool of fair and test bikes Processing of tracers from our leasing and subscription programs Documentation of the work carried out in our systems Full processing of service cases - from wheel acceptance to spare parts order, repair and cleaning to ready-to-sand packaging

Alternatively, you have professional experience or training in the technical, mechanical or mechatronic field, for example from premium retail, the automotive industry or the like. High technical affinity combined with an independent and conscientious procedure Communication skills as well as a pronounced service idea and joy in contact with people Experience in working with MS-Office, ideally first knowledge in handling goods management systems High social competence as well as joy in cooperation in a dynamic team
