The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown as a house of maximum care for the region and a teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, more than 4,500 qualified employees ensure patient care. For the Department of Urology (Director: Prof. Dr. Dogu Teber), we are looking for a medical assistant in full-time with 39 hours per week at 01.09.2025.

Planning of the outpatient dates of our patients Extensive administrative activities for the outpatient appointments of the patients and for the medical briefing General Secretariat activities Support and representation of secretaries in other urological areas Termination of coordination of outpatient speech hours Planning of outpatient operations

Completed training as medical professionals, secretary or in a commercial area Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications (especially MS Word) Experience in a urological (or other) practice would be advantageous Organisational capacity Kindness and helpfulness in dealing with patients and doctors as well as polite ways of dealing Interest and joy in independent activity and a strong sense of responsibility Flexibility - also during working hours -, team spirit and stress tolerance Willingness to work into medical (urological-specific) terminology
