Successfully completed higher education (Bachelor) of the disciplines: administrative sciences or Educational sciences or economics; or an area eligible for activity

Proven multiannual activity in at least one of the described tasks (social, youth or sport) Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least proven stage C1 of the Joint European reference framework for languages) Administrative and foreign language skills are desirable driving licence class B Innovation readiness and strong persuasion strong communication skills, problem solving and decision-making Holistic thinking and pronounced solution competence Representative leadership skills Reliable, careful and structured operation combined with high self-initiative High social competence and conflictability as well as the ability to integrate employees into the processes Fun and joy in the further development of work processes
