Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the construction management of projects focusing on TGA. As a central point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for technical, timely and commercial issues – from the supply phase to successful commissioning. You always keep the whole thing in mind and align your actions with the higher-level project strategy. Technical project responsibility in the field of building technology You control all relevant aspects of HKLS (heating, climate/colds, ventilation, sanitation) and coordinate the implementation according to project objectives and quality standards. Responsibility for projects of different sizes You think entrepreneurial, trade structured and take responsibility – from service and repair orders to complex construction projects. You are responsible for the commercial and technical success of the projects. Central customer communication You are the face of the project and provide a transparent, solution-oriented communication with our customers – from the first request to the offer creation to the handover incl. the execution and verification of orders. Leadership & Motivation in the project team You coordinate planners, subcontractors and your own team, moderate interfaces and inspire with clarity, empathy and target orientation. Dealing with changes and risks You can find pragmatic solutions and stay confident in difficult situations. Collaboration with project stakeholders You work closely with the overall project manager as well as subproject managers from other fields. Together, it ensures smooth interface coordination and a holistic project success.

You bring the necessary technical competence and the right level of leadership to the goal not only successfully, but to actively shape it. Complete technical training in the field of HKLS with corresponding professional experience or a completed study with a focus on energy and building technology or comparable Founded professional experience in project management, combined with technical background from the fields of building technology, HKLS or TGA planning and ideally experience in pharmaceutical plant engineering.
