Our offices in Bremen are located in the middle of our plan area on the overseas island, in the overseas city and directly on the Weser. From here we reach all construction projects in Bremen virtually “on foot” and coordinate and manage further projects and objects on Norderney, Rømø and Borkum, in Hamburg, Hanover and Lübeck. Facility Manager (m/w/d)

As part of our team, you will ensure the reliable operation of our objects and make an important contribution to the further development and optimization of our technical processes.

Your tasks: Planning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance and maintenance work to ensure the proper operation of the supervised objects Implementation of small repairs in order to remedy technical defects quickly and efficiently Energy controlling to optimize energy consumption and to meet sustainability goals Operation of building control technology and other computer-based systems to ensure smooth operation Coordination and monitoring of reconstruction measures, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders Auditing, budget planning and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of the supervised objects through careful planning and control Participation in the weekly changing readiness Participation in winter service (by tractor) during winter months

Complete training in a building occupation (e.g. electricians, plant mechanic for heating, climate or sanitation technology, gas and water installer or comparable) Multiannual professional experience in technical building management Good PC knowledge and safe handling of digital systems Commercial understanding and a view of economic relations High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and a friendly appearance
