Working Student Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

Start as a working student: in sales at AXA, take responsibility from the outset in exciting sales projects around personal insurance and shape with us how we advise customers in future and place our products successfully on the market.

Strategic sales projects: You support multi-group and multi-species strategic sales projects for personal insurance and bring your perspective into current initiatives on health and life insurance Development of sales approaches: You participate in the design and further development of sales approaches, consulting software and selling-in strategies and help to place AXA Personal Products (Sickness and Life Insurance) in the market according to target groups Analyses & Controlling: You support the creation of strategic analyses, participate in sales controlling and prepare results in Excel and PowerPoint to be directly usable for management and sales Training & Rollouts: You support the design and implementation of basic training and training courses and support rollout activities of new sales and consulting solutions Cooperation with sales partners: You work with sales partners and relevant bodies Independent thematic work: You take part in your own tasks, work in different topics in the sales environment and support the team in the daily business

Education: You are currently studying in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Communication Sciences or Humanities - ideally focusing on sales, marketing, project management or insurance Professional experience: You have first practical experiences, e.g. through internships or working student jobs in sales, marketing or in the financial/insurance industry and can work safely with MS Office, in particular Excel (e.g. pivot, evaluations) and PowerPoint (e.g. presentations for management and sales) Sales competence: You are interested in marketing, sales and customer consulting topics in the insurance industry and can quickly put you into products of health and life insurance Analysis capability: You can analyze complex information in a structured manner, create strategic analyses and prepare sales figures in a comprehensible manner in reports and presentations Communication strength: You are able to formulate content in a clear and targeted manner, to present it safely and to communicate safely - in German and English Self-organization: You work independently, show your own initiative in the day-to-day business and also keep track of several parallel tasks in your work as a student:in sales
