Negotiations & steer: You prepare compensation and nursing kit negotiations independently and conduct them in a sovereign manner – within the framework of the legal requirements (SGB XI, SGB V, SGB XII) and in close cooperation with all parties. Experience in other SGBs and federal states can be collected as part of the incorporation. Calculation & analysis: You create sound pay calculations taking into account personnel, property and investment costs and analyse existing cost structures for identifying economic potential. Rate & optimize: You strategically advise our customers to optimally refinance their services and develop sustainable approaches to economic governance. Communicate & represent: You take over professional communication and negotiation with care funds, social assistance providers and other negotiating partners and represent the interests of our customers convincingly. Framework conditions & clarity: You prepare legal and tariff requirements, interpret them safely and communicate complex economic and regulatory content in a comprehensible and addressable manner.

Complete studies in the field of business management or a comparable qualification, e.g. a completed commercial training in healthcare or social security. Practical experience: Experience in the field of nursing kit, pay or compensation negotiations according to SGB V, SGB XI or SGB XII in a comparable position Business competence: Safe handling of business performance indicators and well-founded knowledge in the production and evaluation of calculations. Ideally complemented by knowledge of the relevant legal framework in health and social matters. Negotiation Security: Embossed negotiating skills and a sovereign and convincing occurrence towards cost-beneficiaries and other negotiators. Analytical procedure: Structured, independent and analytical approach with a high degree of accuracy and solution orientation. Travel readiness: For occasional appointments at our headquarters in Bochum or at local customers.
