Your role includes the overall responsibility for the holistic support of various structures including the contracted commercial and technical services and their control You are the professional contact person with the customer including the preparation and execution of regular discussions and convince with our qualitative and quantitative services You develop object-related revenue and cost optimization potentials as well as responsible budget control/planning and monitoring You always keep an eye on your key figures and investigate the impact relationships and design suggestions In consultation with the specialist department, you will set up policy templates and action recommendations that contribute to the active development of our processes and services Ensuring operator obligations and traffic security obligations for the associated land and buildings complete your task profile

You bring a completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification (for example a specialist FM or a study in the real estate industry / BWL) You could already gain professional experience in a comparable position High customer and service orientation describes your operation You convince with your entrepreneurial skills and high communication skills at all hierarchical levels Impressed organizational and decision-making skills and responsibility round off your profile
