Specialist for safety planning track construction (m/f/d)

You first, check and provide the information of the exporting company to the workstation, in particular Section 1 / page 1 of the backup plan, and provide the necessary documentation for further processing in the backup plan workflow. You collect the security-relevant information from the construction process, location, stoppages, working widths, machine inserts, personnel strengths, traffic routes, pre- and post-work and tune open points with the construction line. You know the sequences of backups on railroad construction sites and you know which works in the track area are to be secured using which safety method. You support our railroad construction managers in the preparation of work, scheduling and scheduling, after-contractor coordination and in the assembly of accompanying documentation. You participate in the billing of track construction, prepare measurements and proofs, check performance levels and keep the project documents structured. You make sure that information is available in time, plausible and complete so that construction projects can be prepared safely, orderly and efficiently.

You have experience in the safety business of railway construction sites, ideally as a trained safety oversight (SAKRA) or with comparable practical experience in safety planning. You have a well-founded knowledge of track construction and a good understanding of construction sites, superstructures and the use of machines and personnel. You also know the interfaces between construction companies, BzS, construction monitoring and security companies. You are sure to deal with backup plan documents, especially with Section 1 / page 1, and have experience with the SiPla workflow or comparable digital systems. You work structured, carefully and independently. You recognize incomplete information early, make targeted queries and document decisions comprehensible. You bring a basic commercial understanding, especially in the areas of work preparation, performance certificates and billing in track construction. You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally have experience with project-related documentation and accounting systems.
