The Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology offers a wide range of classical imaging and highly specialized minimally invasive procedures – both vascular and non-vascular. One of the largest vascular centres in Germany, the largest breast centre in the northwest, a certified oncological centre, a supra-regional stroke unit and the regional trauma centre are provided.

As part of a regulated post-occupation, we are looking for a senior physician (m/w/d) for interventional radiology.

The independent implementation of peripheral vascular interventions (PTA, stent, embolisation etc.) and neurointerventions. They work in the entire diagnostic spectrum, including finding and conducting patient talks. The training assistants (m/w/d) and MTRAs are supervised and supervised by you. They form interdisciplinary case-conferences and participate in the upper medical call service.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) for radiology, with profound experience in interventional radiology. Ideally you bring interest in neurovascular interventions and their expansion. A state-of-the-art radiological institute with excellent technical equipment (2 MRTs [3T and 1.5T], 2 CTs [320 and 80 lines], 2 hybrids, digital X-ray, mammography). An activity in a fully digitized clinic with a national catchment area (1 million inhabitants) and a structured work at a high medical level. The team of 12 specialists (m/w/d), 9 training assistants (m/w/d) and over 40 MTRA/MFA worked at eye level in a collegial atmosphere.
