Project Manager for the Development of Technical Services - Bochum (m/f/d)

That's what your job is about: As a project manager:in you take a central role in the further development of VTS development for the technical service. You control challenging projects from idea to implementation and accompany change processes that make our organization tangible. You work closely with operating units, as well as other departments. Your tasks: You conduct cross-departmental projects for the further development and optimization of the technical service – in close cooperation with adjacent departments You carry out independent projects in technical service, from process management to material management and logistics to performance topics and develop them together with relevant interfaces. You shape and accompany transformation, digitization and change initiatives, in particular the introduction of new AI solutions, process innovations and modern structures and systems. You analyze existing processes and develop sustainable, practical solutions for designing sustainable structures You support cross-departmental projects through activities such as reporting, budget issues and PMO tasks You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners and ensure transparent management communication. You prepare decision-making templates and presentations for top management and participate directly in the company's strategic orientation.

You have a degree in economic, engineering or technical sciences or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in project or process management – ideally with touch points to change management, technically shaped or immobile environments. You are interested in technical, organizational and structural issues. You work structured and analytical, you like to take responsibility and have the right to improve things sustainably. You think strategically and entrepreneurially, communicate safely and also perform at management level convincingly. You are characterized by team spirit, high collegiateness and constructive and trusting cooperation.
