Nursing Service Manager (m/w/d)

We live hospital! The Sana Hospital of Gottfriede Woltersdorf is a specialist clinic for internal medicine with the focus on Geriatrie (ager medicine) and is one of the largest of its kind in Brandenburg. About 300 employees (m/w/d) primarily treat older and multi-morbid patients with the aim of regaining the greatest possible independence for them. We have 137 stationary beds, including six in the IMC area, 85 day clinician places at various locations, a mobile rehabilitation with 20 seats and a therapeutic ambulance.

As the first clinic in Brandenburg, we were certified as an age traumatological centre. For our patients we want to be a pioneer and innovative engine in our field. Be part of our team!

General responsibility for the management, organisation and further development of the care service Ensuring high-quality nursing care in the sense of current nursing science standards Control of personnel use and design of working time models Leadership, development and motivation of employees (service-planning responsibility, personnel discussions, coaching, continuing and continuing training) Participation in the strategic and operational development of the clinic Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, quality guidelines and hygiene standards Close cooperation with doctors, therapists and the clinic management and external cooperation partners Optimization of work processes and the use of innovative care concepts (e.g. dementia, early rehabilitation)

You have a completed vocational training for the nursing and health caregiver and a further education for the nursing care management and/or a completion of a nursing management study Leadership experience in senior or deputy executive function Embossed social competence and empathy in dealing with patients, relatives and employees Hospital management knowledge, conceptual skills Strong leadership and high social competence Creativity, flexibility, commitment to the implementation of corporate goals Economic thinking and sovereign handling of key figures High readiness for responsibility, communication and cooperation as well as a team-oriented, structured and solution-oriented operation
