performing the tasks of a specialist for occupational safety pursuant to § 6 ASiG for the supervised companies/objects Planning and implementation of operations and follow-up of the measures identified Participation in and implementation of internal and external audits in the field of occupational safety and health Organisation, preparation and moderation of the Safety Committee (ASA) incl. Protocol management and action Technical support for managers in the preparation and updating of risk assessments Support in and independent implementation of instructions for employees and executives (e.g. occupational safety, emergency behaviour, instruction obligations) Analysis and evaluation of accidents and incidents of work including the development and pursuit of appropriate prevention measures Creation, maintenance and provision of HSE documents such as process instructions, forms and operating instructions Regular reporting on occupational safety indicators, events and measures to the management and the leading specialist for occupational safety

Complete technical or craft training or studies (e.g. technology, engineering, facility management) Additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety according to ASiG (SiFa training) Multiannual professional experience in occupational and health protection, ideally in a service or FM environment Finded knowledge of industrial safety law (including ASiG, ArbSchG, DGUV regulations) and the practical application of risk assessments Experience in carrying out operations, auditing and ASA meetings Secure appearance and strong communication skills in managing management, executives, employees and external bodies (e.g. supervisory authorities, auditors) High level of consulting and enforcement combined with pragmatism and solution orientation Structured, independent working, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to develop processes actively
