Advice and support for management and production management in occupational and health protection Co-design, implementation and further development of internal work protection regulations and projects Implementation of risk assessments and stress analyses incl. Implementation and documentation Analysis of accidents, maintenance of accident statistics and derivation of prevention measures Maintenance of occupational safety management by teaching and training for employees Reporting and cooperation with authorities and professional associations Participation and management of ASA meetings Cooperation with our external environmental officer Preparation, monitoring and implementation of audits in the field of occupational health and safety Ensuring and maintaining

Completed training in a technical field or comparable Completion of additional qualification for occupational safety Multiannual experience in a manufacturing company in the fields of occupational and health protection Knowledge and practical experience in the application of DIN ISO 45001:2018 Knowledge of standards such as IATF 16949, DIN ISO 9001 and 14001 desirable High level of self-responsibility and independence Enforcement and Conflict Resolution Safe handling of MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
