For our pre-payment bakery Robert ́s in Kirchweyhe we are looking for department management / team management bakery (m/w/d). Support our team in full time or part time (25 - 37.5 hours/week) in our EDKEA market Husmann in 28844 Weyhe, Kirchweyher Str. 2b! You carry our bakery on their own, organize personnel planning and ensure smooth processes. You are responsible for the product presentation, care, disposition, acceptance and MHD testing. You control compliance with the economic indicators. You are a reliable contact for your employees and provide a pleasant working environment. You serve and advise our customers in the bakery. You work according to the quality requirements of the EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal regulations.

You have a successfully completed training in food crafts, in (system) gastronomy, in retail or comparable, and bring professional experience. Ideally, you have first leadership experience. Do you love food, are customer-friendly, reliable, flexible and team-ready? Then you are right with us!
