Planning, organisation and implementation of project-related events Communication between project participants and external partners appointment and meeting management for the project team Preparation of project contents for different communication channels Documentation of project progress Preparation of reports for the donor Processing of key figures and compiling statistics based on defined success indicators and milestones Management and processing of project-related processes Representation of project managers in absence
