A STELLE THE INSPIRIERT Our payroll team supports employees, executives and HR teams of GOPA in all matters relating to payroll accounting. We are looking for you as a Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) – someone who likes to take responsibility, works in a service-oriented manner and enjoys international questions.

Your tasks:

Competent and timely creation of monthly payrolls Contact person*in for employees, HR and executives on wage tax and social insurance issues Communication with authorities, health insurance companies and other external bodies Creation of content-relevant messages, applications and statistics Close cooperation with the HR managers of the various GOPA units Examination of special tax and social insurance issues in the international context, in particular for project-related mailings Maintenance of data in our payroll program Creation of evaluations and reports for management Support for financial statements and internal and external audits Participation in payroll and digitization projects Takeover of administrative HR tasks

Completed economic studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in pay billing, preferably collected in an internationally operating company Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Interest in global mobility or experience with employee returns Analytical way of thinking and structured working High service orientation, solution strength and team capability Quick conception, sense of responsibility and self-initiative Very good knowledge of German and good English and intercultural competence Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel
