• The customer is a leading global universal bank with more than 90,000 employees, providing comprehensive service in 60 countries with more than 2,400 branches

  Your tasks:

• You collect standardized and process-related customer data

• New installation and changes of customer data

• New openings, changes and closures of banking products (e.g. cards, accounts, savings contracts, depots, financing)

• Control of previously collected customer data from all areas

• Partner data inventory cleaning

• Complaint management and everything about taxes

Your qualifications:

• Completed school leaving (main, real school leaving or school leaving) and completed vocational training
• Finded professional experience - ideally in commercial practice, but this is not a mandatory requirement
• Good computer skills and working with various IT applications are not a challenge for you and they have a smartphone
• They are team-oriented, flexible, reliable and have an accurate operation
• They bring a high level of initiative and willingness to learn with
