We are looking for a nursing specialist (m/w/d) with training in the palliative care for the Paul-Collmer-Haus in Stuttgart in full time/part time.

What you do • You control the care process and coordinate the basic and treatment care of our residents. • You are especially concerned with the most severe and dying people and their relatives. • You care about people in your group and document your activities. • You are in contact with doctor's practices, pharmacies and relatives.
