HR generalist with a focus on payroll accounting

As a HR generalist, you play an important role in the care of our employees and, with your expertise, ensure the proper handling of all administrative tasks relating to salary accounting and staff support. They serve our employees personally and reliably - from the first working day to the exit. Responsibility for a smooth process throughout the human resources management process. Responding to your attention for detail You provide the monthly payroll in SAP HCM - and make sure that all payments are made correctly and on time. In billing-relevant questions, you are the first point of contact for employees, authorities and social security providers - convince with sound knowledge in social security and wage tax law. They are actively involved in our staff team - design the further development of administrative processes and accompany the digitization of our processes in a practical manner.

You have completed a commercial training or an economic study and bring experience in personnel administration as well as a safe specialist knowledge in payroll accounting. They work precisely, structured and pay-oriented and keep track of complex accounting processes. The handling of MS Office is self-evident, ideally bringing you knowledge in SAP HCM.
