As a stand-alone company, our client is part of a group of companies (construction) and specializes in the field of solar/photovoltaics. As a 'Full service provider', commercial and private customers are able to construct individually designed photovoltaic systems from consulting to assembly and subsequent service assignment. In the course of the further development of the company we are looking for a Sales Manager / Fachplaner / Fachberater (m/w/d). In this challenging position, you will ensure steady growth by attracting new business. You are technicians with good understanding of business figures, have experience in sales and are happy to be in direct customer contact?

New customer acquisition with the aim of systematically strengthening the market position Project planning based on cost, capacity and feasibility analyses Close cooperation with the project management to ensure the feasibility, capacity planning and compliance of customer promises Calculations and offers as well as takeover of supplementary management Ensuring project-related procurement including investments Development and optimization of internal processes (including construction processing, aftersales) and development of new process structures Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements Constructive cooperation with the departments of the AG and external partners

Successfully completed relevant studies such as civil engineering, energy or supply technology, as an alternative to a comparable qualification Experience in the sale and design of building equipment Commercial expertise and enthusiasm for renewable energy Sales affinity and fingertip feeling in communication to the outside and inside Negotiating skills, enforcement capacity and readiness to deploy Embossed IT affinity and experience in handling ERP systems readiness to travel (regional)
