Technical Manager 4 (m/f/d)

As a technical manager (m/w/d), you plan and control the development of systems in the context of a project or program processing taking into account predetermined requirements, processes and quality specifications. The ability and development of the organization in a specialized theme complex and takeover of strategic topics is your task. You plan the development performance in the project or Program execution in terms of dates, quality, process maintenance and costs for the system to be responsible. You take over the coordination and commissioning of work orders for development performance and the coordination with the other project roles involved. You identify and evaluate risks in development. You plan, monitor and tax associated mitigation measures and evaluate the effectiveness. The definition of targets and methods for the development in the project or Program execution is also part of your tasks. You are responsible for the coordination and technical guidance of the project and program team. The moderation and coordination of technical solutions and concepts with customer representatives in the responsible project is within your task. You coordinate system development with the needs of product management.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed university degree in the MINT area. Long-term professional experience is yours. You have knowledge of the system to be implemented and its functioning. Knowledge of the V model is desirable. You will also bring skills to the professional management of Workpackage Ownern as part of a project execution. A structured and independent way of working is of course for you We require technical evaluation for the implementation of development tasks and the application of the company processes in the various development disciplines.
