The following tasks await you: The main task of this position is to process incoming and outgoing customer interactions via various channels (phone, chat, e-mail)

A further focus is on sales support in the online sector, in particular through the recognition, qualification and further development of purchasing interests, in order to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to support sales

Your role is crucial: With every inbound and outbound phone you represent our company, strengthen customer relationships and find brilliant solutions for complex issues

As a communication professional keep the threads in hand: efficiently and customer-oriented edit customer requests via chat and email

Enthusiasts of potential customers and transform their interest into concrete opportunities – your sales-oriented action is the key to our joint success

With strategic skill, you make sure that every concern takes the right path, whether through a sovereign processing or a targeted forwarding to the competent specialists

With your care you ensure the data integrity: You collect all relevant information and processes in our systems, creating a reliable basis for sound decisions and seamless processes

Ideally, you bring the following: Completed commercial vocational training or comparable training

Safe handling of digital tools and systems.

At least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in customer service

Experience in the automotive environment (Autohaus) as well as inbound/outbound telephony is desirable

Personal competencies: Representative communication skills, both in writing and oral

High level of integrity and social competence
