Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of the Electrical System Integration team Planning and control of human resources and competencies taking into account the ongoing project business, development activities and strategic standardization issues Responsibility for the appointment, cost and quality electrotechnical processing of our customer projects Early identification of technical and terminological project risks and the introduction of appropriate countermeasures Development of standardized procedures, development, engineering processes and decision structures for a powerful project organization Promoting self-responsibility, professional development and cross-sector and cross-site cooperation within the team and international suppliers and external partners Technical Product Responsibility for the Electric Platform for Stacking Fibers and Nonwoven Products throughout the Product Life Cycle Responsibility for the technical strategy and roadmap of electrical hardware, electrical architecture and related engineering standards Development, harmonisation and further development of a modular electrical architecture with reusable modules, circuits, assemblies and standardized interfaces Defining binding technical standards and evaluation and approval of project-specific deviations Technical contact for product management, sales, service, customers and international locations in complex electrotechnical issues

Complete study in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in electrical design and design of machines or complex industrial plants Leadership experience in leadership of teams Knowledge of electrical engineering hardware development and the selection and design of electrical systems and components Very good knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8 as well as experience in building and maintaining EPLAN standards, macros, templates and article data Experience in the processing and processing of electrotechnical sizes in customer projects of machine or plant engineering Experience in standardization, modularization or platform development of electrical machine and plant concepts Knowledge in the field of CE conformity assessment, machine safety and functional safety and experience in the application of relevant standards and guidelines in machine and plant engineering Understanding the interfaces between electrical hardware, PLC software, HMI, drive technology, functional safety and mechanical design Knowledge in the programming and automation of engineering processes are advantageous Impressed communication and cooperation capability as well as the ability to bring together different disciplines and international partners in a targeted manner Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to international cooperation and international travel to customers and locations
